If you would like a song that powerfully communicates the importance and value in teaching children and youth, "Tell Me Again" is absolutely the song to take a look at. The message that we can effectively teach kids the "gospel story" so they won't forget as they grow older and are "told the God of the past is not God today" they will know the truth is an extremely important message to communicate with the adults in our churches today! It does matter what we do with our children and youth and it does matter that we are effective in teaching them God's truth. This song makes an excellent song to make a recruiting video to help present the need to your church.

If you decide to utilize this song to make a recruiting video the following information should help:
- find someone to sing the song while your video plays
- find someone to film in your children's and youth ministries for at least three or four weeks
- try to get shots of all volunteers and as many different kids as possible
- you may need to have parents sign a release to film and show pictures of their kids - make a form signed by parents at the beginning of the year to cover this
- have someone edit the video to match the song
- show the video while the song is sung
- have your pastor thank volunteers and say a few words as to how important it is that they effectively teach each week. Then have him invite new people to become involved in making a real difference in the lives of kids
- have a response card in the bulletin so people can respond
- follow-up on responses
