    Part of building a strong and effective volunteer ministry, includes watching for times to support and encourage your volunteers.  We want them to know we value them.  There are times when it is appropriate to present a volunteer with a book to encourage, comfort or recognize them - happily, there are many excellent books from which to choose!  We will take a look at just a few here!
