    There are quite a number of songs I sincerely enjoy using for recruiting videos because of the powerful messages they communicate - this song is one of my favorites as it has one of the most awesomely powerful and encouraging messages for those who volunteer and serve!

    "Finest Hour" recruiting campaign

• take several weeks to film footage of your children's, youth and adult ministries and have someone in your church edit together a video presentation
• video hints - begin the video with shots of your community and then fill with shots of people in general, kids and end with shots of the church building and the community.
• find someone to sing the song while the video plays

 
• five weeks before you show the video begin running "teasers" in the bulletin and put on posters around the church
• week 1 - this could be your finest hour
• week 2 - this could be your greatest day
• week 3 - this could be your place in time
• week 4 - this could be your defining moment
• week 5 - get ready to shine!

• the fifth week play your video in church and have kids hand out papers to adults with "Riesen" pieces attached that say, "There are many "Riesens" we would love to have you shine as part of our Christian Education Team!"

    I highly recommend "Finest Hour" for the song to accompany a recruiting video as with it's powerful hope filled lyrics it is sure to impact many!  Extremely well done Wayne and Word Entertainment!
